All order prices are given in UK pound sterling like this £x. If you want to see how much this is in your local currency go here www.xe.com
Postage costs
All prices shown include postage costs determined by the delivery address country.
Delivery times
Orders are normally dispatched within seven days of receipt. In the UK and Northern Ireland we use Second Class mail. For the USA we use Priority Airmail for all items except for subscription copies which are posted within the USA via USPS Periodical Mail. For the rest of the world we use Priority Air Mail for all items except for items specifically ordered to be sent by Surface Mail.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions will begin wherever possible with the first issue as indicated on your order form.
For each subscription the first £15 paid each year is a non-refundable subscription administration fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the subscription. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet despatched to you at the time we receive your cancellation, less the annual £15 administration fee. To cancel, please notify us in writing by email, fax or post - see contact details below.
Stock
Most available items will be dispatched within seven days of placing your order. We will let you know immediately if there are problems obtaining your goods. You won't be billed for unobtainable goods.

We use 128-bit SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.
Paypal is our secure payment processing partners. Their track record for secure web payments is impeccable.

Credit card fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities.
Sending the order
When paying online, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and a copy of our terms and conditions. If there is a problem with your order (with availability or card difficulty etc.) we will let you know as soon as possible and try to find a solution.
Changing your order
We can only cancel your order if we receive your request before the order has been dispatched. If you do decide to cancel your order, please inform us immediately as orders are processed with haste. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. Cancellation requests must be sent by email, fax or post to our address below, quoting your full name and address and Order Number.
Refunds or exchanges
Please report all faulty items and we will send you return instructions. This is subject to you notifying us within five working days of receiving the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. In case of any queries or problems please contact us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been despatched so we are unable to stop it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order unless we are waiting for a product that is out of stock.
Privacy & Security
Privacy
We want to look after all data fairly and securely. Any information you give us about yourself will be stored securely by us or our credit card processor who assists us in providing services to you. E.g. we may use the information to confirm identity or credit details, for fraud prevention procedures, money laundering checks, audit confirmations or debt collection procedures. This may involve transferring your data to countries outside the European Economic Area. The Wire Magazine Ltd may use and analyse your data to give you information about products and services which may be of interest to you.
Security
You must keep secret any personal identification numbers or other security codes that we give you for access to The Wire's shop system, and comply with all reasonable instructions that The Wire issues in relation to keeping such personal details safe. You should also make sure that any internet payment transaction you make is done in a secure environment. In other words, don't let anybody peek over your shoulder...!
