As part of Daniela Cascella and Lucia Farinati's ongoing Sound Threshold research project exploring relationships between site and sound, artist Pedro Lasch is presenting a listening session of John Cage's 1977 composition of manipulated words and syllables, Empty Words, along with overlapping audio recordings, texts or ‘sound gestures’ brought by specifically invited individuals. An exhibition from the collection of British publisher and curator Guy Schraenen of records and covers of almost 800 albums alongside cassettes, CDs, specialist magazines, reference books, catalogues and artworks from the 1920s onwards. Works included by Jean Dubuffet, Dieter Roth, Joseph Beuys, William S Burroughs, Yves Klein, Roman Opalka, Hermann Nitsch, Tom Wesselmann, Karel Appel and more. Visitors can listen to every record. Revenant Forms: The Meaning of Hauntology
